scenes from last week

Oliver turned five months old last week.  At his four month well visit, he wasn't heavy enough to try solids. 

We decided to wait another month to try rice cereal...

and it didn't go well.

He was gagging as he was trying to get it down.  We will try something different next time.

Owen keeps asking us to let him feed Oliver.  And when we finally agree, this is his expression...

He made it about two minutes and turned him over to us.  Playing on the floor is another story. 

Before Oliver came, Owen was in the stage of turning away every time I pulled out the camera.  Now, he wants to be in every pic.

Not technically old enough for the swing, but I  added it to Owen's birthday present and we had to try it out.

Speaking of Owen's birthday present, I finally finished it but have yet to take pics.  He's been under the weather (fever and now rash), and between the rain and the carpenter bees he hasn't hardly played out there.
